不同澄清方法对黄芪提取液理化性质的影响

Effects of clarification methods to physicochemical properties of Astragalus extract

  • 摘要: 为了获得对黄芪提取液具有最佳澄清效果的方法。本实验通过测定浊度、酸碱度、电导率、抗氧化性等参数,评估和比较了稀释过滤法、Al Cl3和PVP-K30等三种方法的澄清效果。结果表明三种处理方法均有澄清效果,但对黄芪提取液的理化性质有一定影响;其中稀释法对黄芪提取液的浊度影响不大,但与黄芪提取液的酸碱度、电导率、抗氧化性呈现线性关系;而添加Al Cl3或PVP-K30等两种方式则会在不同程度上影响黄芪提取液的理化性质。稀释过滤法对黄芪提取液理化性质的影响较小,适合用于中药提取液的制备。 

     

    Abstract: In order to find the best way to clarify the extract of Astragalus membranaceus. The paper had evaluated the efficiencies of three methods,including dilution,addition of Al Cl3 and PVP-K30,by comparing the turbidity,p H value,conductivity,antioxidant properties of the extract. The results showed that three methods could partly clarify the Astragalus extract,however the physicochemical properties of extract would be affected to a certain extent. The dilution could affect the p H,conductivity and antioxidant of Astragalus extract in a dose-dependent manner,but not to the turbidity. While the addition of Al Cl3 or PVP-K30 could in varying degrees affect the physicochemical properties of Astragalus extract. Dilution had little effect on the physicochemical properties of Astragalus extract,therefore,it was suitable for the production technology of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics.
