高效液相色谱法测定三七地上部分维生素含量

Determination of vitamins in aerial part of Panax notoginseng by high performance liquid chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法测定三七地上部分水溶性维生素以及脂溶性维生素的含量。三七茎叶中与三七花中各检测出5种维生素,但种类有所差异,两者所检测出维生素标准曲线的相关系数均达0.9990以上。三七茎叶与花中所检测水溶性维生素均以叶酸含量为最高,平均含量分别为0.1291%,0.1910%~0.3163%;两者均仅检测出一种脂溶性维生素VK1,平均含量分别为0.0033%,0.0009%~0.0012%。本研究的方法操作简便,结果准确,为三七地上部分新食品原料的开发研究提供科学依据。 

     

    Abstract: The contents of water- soluble and fat- soluble vitamins in aerial part of Panax notoginseng were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Five kinds of vitamins were respectively determined in the stems and leaves and in the flowers of Panax notoginseng,but there were some differences in the kinds of vitamins between the two parts. The correlation coefficients of vitamins were more than 0.9990. The content of Folic acid in the water-soluble vitamins which were determined was highest in the two parts,and the average content was 0.1291% in the stems and leaves and 0.1910% ~0.3163% in the flowers. VK1 was the only fat-soluble vitamin which was determined in the two parts,and the average content was 0.0033% in the stems and leaves and 0.0009%~0.0012% in the flowers. The method of this research was simple and accurate. The result could be used to lay the foundation for the research and development of the aerial part of Panax notoginseng as new resource food.
