超声辅助提取枸杞多糖的研究进展

A view of extraction of Lycium bararum polysaccharides assisted by ultrasound and its bioactivities

  • 摘要: 枸杞多糖作为枸杞最主要的生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、护肝、降血糖、调节免疫等生理功能,对于预防和治疗一些慢性疾病有很好的疗效。超声提取技术作为一种省时、节能、高效的提取方法,在植物多糖的提取领域也收到了广泛关注。本文就超声提取技术在枸杞多糖提取中的应用及研究进展进行阐述,对目前存在的问题也进行了相应的分析。 

     

    Abstract: The polysaccharides isolated from L. barbarum have been identified as the major active ingredients responsible for its biological activities. L. barbarum polysaccharides have various bioactivities, such as antioxidant,antitumor,hepatoprotection,antidiabetics and so on. It was useful for the prevention and therapy for some chronic diseases. Ultrasound-assisted extraction techniques for plant polysaccharides have received extensive concern for its characteristics of time-saving,energy-efficient and high extraction ratio. This paper focused on the application and development of ultrasound- assisted extraction techniques in extracting L. barbarum polysaccharides and the bioactivities of L. barbarum polysaccharides. Meanwhile,the problems existing were analysed.
