雀嘴茶咖啡酰熊果苷水提工艺的优化

Optimization of the water extraction process of 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin from Vaccinium dunalianum

  • 摘要: 采用水浴法提取雀嘴茶中的6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷,研究水浴温度、液料比、提取次数、水浴时间对6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,利用中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法对6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷的提取工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,水浴提取6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷的最佳工艺条件为:水浴温度72℃、液料比12∶1(m L/g)、提取次数4次和水浴时间60 min。在此优化条件下,6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷平均得率为19.63%,与理论预测值较为接近,说明采用中心组合响应面法分析优化雀嘴茶6’-O-咖啡酰熊果苷水浴提取工艺的方法可行。 

     

    Abstract: Response surface method was applied to optimize the 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin extraction conditions of Vaccinium dunalianum buds.Water bath was used to extract 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin from V.dunalianum buds in the present work. Four extraction parameters including water temperature,liquid- material ratio,extraction times and water- bath time were discussed. Based on the single factor investigations,the optimal 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin extraction conditions were obtained by central- composite design and response surface methodology.As a result,the optimum water bath extraction conditions of 6'-O-caffeoylarbutin were: 72 ℃ of water temperature,12∶1( m L / g)of liquid- material ratio,4 times of extraction number and 60 min of water- bath time. Under these conditions,the yield of 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin could reach to 19.63% that was in consistency with the theoretic value.It was feasible to use central- composite response surface method to optimize the water bath extraction of 6'- O- caffeoylarbutin from the buds of V.dunalianum.
