猪网油萃取脱酸工艺研究

Study on optimization of solvent extraction deacidification process of pork intestinal oil

  • 摘要: 采用萃取法脱除高酸价猪网油中的游离脂肪酸。以95%乙醇为萃取溶剂,通过单因素实验,研究了萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取次数和料液比对猪网油酸价和得率的影响,在此基础上设计正交实验,对猪网油萃取脱酸工艺参数进行优化。正交实验结果表明:此方法可以有效脱除猪网油中的游离脂肪酸,综合确定猪网油萃取脱酸的较优工艺条件为萃取温度45℃,萃取次数4次,料液比1∶1.5,萃取时间10min。采用上述脱酸条件,所得猪网油酸价为0.8560mg KOH·g-1,得率为81.94%。 

     

    Abstract: The pork intestinal oil was deacidified by solvent extraction deacidification method in this study. Taking95% ethanol as the extraction solvent, the effect of extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times and ratio of oil to alcohol on the acid value and yield of pork intestinal fat were researched by single factor investigations. The orthogonal test was designed to get the optimum processing parameters of the solvent extraction deacidification. The results showed that the free fatty acids in pork intestinal oil could be removed effectively by this method. The optimum processing formula was extraction temperature 45℃, extraction times4 times, ratio of oil to alcohol 1∶1.5, extraction time 10 min. With the above processing, the acid value of pork intestinal oil had fallen to 0.8560 mg KOH·g-1, the yield was 81.94%.
