Abstract:
A method for simultaneous and quantitative determination of Cr, Ni, As, Cd, Sn, Sb, Hg and Pb in food antcaking agent sodium aluminosilicate by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP- MS) was established. The samples were dissolved by using the mixture of HNO3+HF in a closed-vessel microwave digestion system, and then the 8 heavy metals elements in the digestion solution were analyzed directly by ICP- MS. The polyatomic ion interferences of mass spectrometry caused by the high salt substrate were investigated. The CH4 were used as reactant gas, and the dynamic reaction cell (DRC) could eliminate the mass spectral interferences raised in analytical process. The matrix maching and Rh as internal standard element were used to corrected matrix effect and signal drift to correct the matrix effect and signal drift. The results showed that the detection limits of the 8 heavy metals elements were in the range of 1.85
12.31ng/L, relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.09%
5.56%, and the recoveries of standard addition were in the ranges of 93.19%
108.47%, respectively. The results of reference standard materials (GBW07423) were in good agreement with the certified value. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and could be used in food antcaking agent sodium aluminosilicate quality control and safety estimations.
