蛋壳源有机钙的研究发展现状

Status of research and development of organic calcium from eggshell

  • 摘要: 蛋壳是一种重要的生物钙源,可用来制备各种有机钙作为膳食钙补充剂。本文综合了近年来国内外对蛋壳的综合利用现状,对比了蛋壳钙与方解石钙的形成过程,结合蛋壳制备有机钙的常用方法及其结构表征手段,对蛋壳源钙在生物体内的吸收利用情况进行了进一步探讨。通过对蛋壳源钙的研究现状的分析,预测了蛋壳源钙的研究方向,并提出了一些研究设想。为进一步开发利用蛋壳源钙提供了科学依据。 

     

    Abstract: Eggshell is an important source of biological calcium and used to prepare a variety of organic calcium as a dietary calcium supplements.It can be extensively used in a variety of industries.The formation of eggshell and calcite was contrasted. The common methods for preparing organic calcium from eggshell and the structural characterization methods were collected.The absorption and utilization of eggshell calcium in vivo was discussed.The research status of eggshell calcium was analyzed,and some further research directions about eggshell calcium were point out,which aimed to offer the scientific theory for the development and utilization of the eggshell calcium.
