Abstract:
The ultraviolet fingerprints of Boletus tomentipes from nine different areas in Yunnan were established.UV spectral data in the range of 230 ~450nm were analyzed by Euclidean distance and principal component analysis( PCA).The results showed that, the RSDs of stability within 10 h,accuracy and repeatability of the method,were0.04% ~1.73%,0~2.87% and 0.03% ~0.63%,respectively.The Euclidean distance value of samples among different origins differed significantly from 0.26 to 6.52. PCA showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three factors was 86.848%,which could reflect the most information of the samples, and the two- dimensional projection of the first two principal components could distinguish Boletus tomentipes samples from different regions.Ultraviolet spectrum combined with Euclidean distance and principal component analysis( PCA) can rapidly identify different origin of Boletus tomentipes.
