食品中亚硝酸盐快速检测方法的研究

Study on the rapid determination method of nitrite in food

  • 摘要: 为探讨出一种适合现场快速检测食品中亚硝酸盐的方法,本文根据化学显色反应研制出一种检测试纸,该试纸以中速定性滤纸作为材料,选用1.2%对氨基苯磺酸溶液与0.6%盐酸萘乙二胺溶液按体积比1∶1作为显色剂,在溶液p H为2.0条件下浸泡15min,然后在40°C真空干燥箱下干燥30min。将试纸法与国标法进行比较,结果表明试纸法具有成本低、操作简单、携带方便、适合现场检测等优点,能够满足定性和半定量分析的要求。 

     

    Abstract: A test paper was developed in order to explore a method for rapid detection of nitrite in food based on the chemical chromogenic reaction in this test. The test paper used medium speed quantitative filter paper as material and 1.2% sulfanilic acid solution mixed with 0.6% hydrochloric acid naphthalene ethylenediamine solution by volume ratio 1∶1 as a chromogenic agent.The test paper should be immersed in the agent by p H2.0 for 15 min and dried in 40°C by vacuum oven for 30 min.Compared with national standard method,the results showed that the test paper method has a lower cost and more simple to operate and easier to carry. Also it's suitable for field testing and could meet the requirements of qualitative and semi- quantitative analysis.
