烟草主要病原菌拮抗菌的筛选

Screening and identification of antagonistic strain against the main pathogens of tobacco

  • 摘要: 采用稀释平板法从遵义烟区植烟根际土壤和自制的生物有机肥中共分离获得10株对烟草主要病原菌具有一定拮抗作用的细菌。运用平板对峙培养法研究了10株细菌对烟草主要病原菌的拮抗作用。结果表明,Y2、Y3、Y4和Y6 4个菌株对烟草炭疽病菌和烟草黑胫病菌的拮抗作用相对较强,同时Y4菌株对烟草青枯病菌的生长抑制作用明显,相对生长抑制率达到400%。Y4菌株经16S r DNA序列分析,被初步鉴定为贪铜菌属(Cupriavidus sp.)。 

     

    Abstract: By dilution method,10 strains were isolated from Zunyi tobacco rhizosphere soil and self- made bio organic fertilizer,which had antagonistic activity against the main pathogens of tobacco. Dual culture method was used to study the antagonistic effect of the strains on pathogens mentioned- above. The results showed that the growth inhibition rate of antagonistic bacteria Y2,Y3,Y4 and Y6 were very significant; the relative inhibitory rate of Y4 against Pseudomonas solanacearum was 400%. The antagonistic bacterium Y4 was primarily identified to be Cupriavidus necator through 16 S r DNA sequence analysis.
