五味贞甘饮品对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护作用功能学评价

Evaluation of the effect of mixed zhen gan drinks on chemical liver injury

  • 摘要: 探讨五味贞甘饮品对化学性肝损伤的辅助保护功能。将清洁级Wistar雄性大白鼠分为5组:空白对照组、模型对照组、五味贞甘饮品低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。连续灌胃大鼠30d,除对照组外以CCl4制备急性肝损伤大鼠模型,并测定ALT、AST值,取肝脏作病理切片,观察肝脏的病理损伤情况。结果显示:高、中剂量组的ALT、AST均低于CCl4肝损伤模型组,差异有显著性(p<0.01),高剂量组大鼠病理总积分较CCl4肝损伤模型组轻,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论:五味贞甘饮品对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护功能。 

     

    Abstract: To explore the protective effect on chemical liver injury of Mixed zhen gan drinks. Male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups: blank group,model group and mixed zhen gan drinks with low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group.Each group was ntragastric administration for 30 d,the acute hepatic injury model was made by CCl4 except the control group,the level of ALT and AST was detected and pathology were carried out.Results: Level of ALT and AST in high and middle dose group was lower than that of CCl4 hepatic injury model group with significant difference( p < 0.01),rat pathologic total points of high dose group was lighter than CCl4 hepatic injury model group with significant difference( p < 0.01). Conclusion: Mixed zhen gan drinks had auxiliary protection effect on chemical liver injury。
