茉莉酸甲酯的信号分子作用及其在鲜切果蔬中应用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of methyl jasmonate as signal molecules and application in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables

  • 摘要: 茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonate,Me JA)作为与损伤相关的植物激素和信号分子,能够激发植物防御基因表达,诱导植物产生化学防御响应。鲜切果蔬受到的人为机械伤害与其他逆境一样,对伤害胁迫具有适应性响应机制,引发Me JA含量增加,进而诱导一系列与抗逆有关的基因表达,增强植物的抗性。本文就茉莉酸甲酯作为信号分子在提高果蔬抗冷性和抗病性,尤其是对鲜切果蔬保鲜和品质控制等方面的研究进展和应用进行了综述。 

     

    Abstract: As a kind of phytohormone and signal molecule which was related to damage, methyl jasmonate could stimulate plant defense genes' expression and induce plants to produce chemical defense response.The artificial mechanical damage had adaptive response mechanism to damage stress in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, the same as other adversity, which could cause increase of Me JA content, and thus induce a series of gene expression related to stress resistance, then enhance the resistance of plants. This article reviews the research progress on the role of methyl jasmonate as signaling molecule to improve cold and disease resistance of fruits and vegetables, especially the preservation and quality control of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
