Abstract:
Nine nutrient indexes (dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, crude ash, crude starch, NFE, calcium and phosphorus) of distiller's grains of multiple-grains in 5 different wineries and different storage time were determined. The research results showed that there were differences in nutrients content of distiller's grains of multiple-grains in 5 different wineries, nutrients content had a relatively low variation. It was analyzed that the distiller's grains of multiple-grains contains higher crude fiber (24.06%) , crude ash (16.74%) , crude starch (16.46%) and crude protein (14.35%) . The content of crude starch was decreased with the growth of storage time. Furthermore, the contents of crude protein, NFE, calcium and phosphorus increased slowly with the growth of storage time. The content of crude fiber and crude ash were no change with the growth of storage time. In the other hand, the contents of dry matter, crude fiber and crude ash of distiller's grains of multiple-grains were higher than rice bran, wheat bran and distiller's grains of single-grain. The results could provide evidence for comprehensive utilization and reasonable storage of distiller's grains of multiple-grains.
