Abstract:
Effect of dosage of chitosan,p H and temperature of extracting solution on flocculation impurity removal of extracting solution from houttuynia were studied. Then the clarification process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum process condition was that dosage of chitosan was 0.04 g /100 m L,p H of extracting solution was 6.0,temperature of extracting solution was 30℃. Under this condition,the flavones retention rate was 80.0%,the light transmittance was 68.1%,which indicated that using this method the active ingredients was well- preserved and the clarity was good.This method had good application prospect.
