复方阿胶浆纳米级组分对骨髓细胞、癌细胞增殖影响的研究

摘要: 为了了解复方阿胶浆纳米级组分(英文简称CEJSNC)的主要成分,及其对骨髓细胞、癌细胞增殖的影响。本研究首先模拟消化系统获得了CEJSNC。随后利用药理学方法,研究了CEJSNC对小鼠骨髓细胞、胃癌、乳腺癌和白血病细胞的增殖抑制影响情况。结果表明,化疗前,CEJSNC对癌细胞有抑制作用,尤其是乳腺癌细胞具有显著性差异(p<0.01),而对小鼠骨髓细胞具有显著性促进作用(p<0.01);最后为了更好的了解CEJSNC在化疗过程中的辅助作用,通过利用阿霉素模拟化疗,研究CEJSNC在癌症治疗中会产生什么样的影响。结果表明:中低浓度CEJSNC对癌细胞无抑制作用,但在高浓度下对胃癌细胞有抑制作用,而对乳腺癌有促进作用,但与空白组相比仍具有极显著的抑制作用(p<0.01)。高、低浓度CEJSNC对白血病细胞具有显著的促进作用,但对骨髓细胞的促进作用更加显著。结论,复方阿胶浆具有造血功能,正常人食用可降低癌症的发生率,不同癌症的病人经化疗后,食用剂量也不同,胃癌患者可以中高剂量食用,乳腺癌患者可以中小剂量食用,白血病患者应较小剂量食用,这样可兼具治疗和良好的预后。Abstract: In order to understand the main components of compound e- jiao slurry nanoscale components ( English abbreviation: CEJSNC) , and the proliferative effects on the bone marrow cells and cancer cells.First, CEJSNC was obtained by simulating the digestive system. Second, with using the method of pharmacology, CEJSNC produce proliferation inhibition effect on bone marrow cells and gastric cancer, breast cancer and leukemia cell was studied.The results showed that CEJSNC had inhibition to cancer, especially breast cancer cell with significant difference ( p < 0.01) , but had significant promoting effect on bone marrow cells ( p < 0.01) ; Third, to understand the auxiliary role of CEJSNC to chemotherapy in the treatment, CEJSNC will produce what kind of impact in the tumor treatment by simulating chemotherapy with DOX was studied.The results showed that CEJSNC had no effects on cancer cells with low concentration, but have an inhibitory effect on the gastric cancer cells and had a little promoting effect on breast cancer with high concentrations, compared with the blank group, the result still had significant inhibitory effect ( p < 0.01) . leukemia cells had a significant role in promoting with low and high concentration, while bone marrow cells facilitate more significant.In conclusion, the compound e- jiao slurry ( English abbreviation: CEJS) had hematopoietic function, normal people who eat it can reduce the incidence of cancer.Different cancer patients with chemotherapy should use different dose, gastric cancer patients can eat in a high doses, breast cancer can eat in a medium and small dose, leukemia patients should be smaller doses.This can be both treatment and good prognosis.
