Abstract:
Objective:To establish the determination method of inorganic elements in Camellia oleifera seed oil, and provide a reference for quality assessment, healthy eating and the standardized cultivation base choices. Methods:Ca, Fe, Mg, Cu, Zn and K were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) and Pb, Cd and Cr were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) . Results:The contents of K, Ca, Mg and Fe in Camellia oleifera seed oil were higher than that of other elements. The contents of Pb, Cd and Cr in Chuanya 12, Chuanya 20, Chuanya 21 were not detected. When the FAAS was used, the recovery was 99.84%
102.55% with RSD of 0.55%
2.05%. When the GFAAS was used, the recovery was 99.75%
101.85% with RSD of 1.87%
3.45%. Correlation coefficient of each element was 0.9990
0.9999. Conclusion:The method was simple, rapid, accurate and applicable for the content determination of inorganic elements in Camellia oleifera seed oil.
