酸溶性三文鱼皮胶原蛋白超滤脱盐的研究

Application of ultrafiltration in the desalination process of acid- soluble collagen from salmon shin

  • 摘要: 本研究采用了超滤膜分离技术,对三文鱼皮酸溶性胶原蛋白(ASC)进行了脱盐提纯的研究。研究了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜对不同浓度胶原蛋白溶液的截留效果,当胶原溶液质量分数为1.2%时,截留率为90%;还讨论了胶原溶液质量分数、超滤操作压强、料液初始温度和超滤次数对脱盐效果的影响。结果表明,随着料液浓度降低、压力增大、料液初始温度升高(≤30℃)、超滤次数增多,脱盐率越高。当料液初始浓度为1.2%,温度为30℃,压力为0.3MPa,超滤7次时,氯离子脱除率可达到74.4%。 

     

    Abstract: Ultrafiltration was applied in the desalination process of acid- soluble collagen ( ASC) from salmon skin.Polyvinylidene fluoride ( PVDF) membrane was used in the study for the desalination of collagen solutions with different concentration, when the mass concentration was 1.2%, the rejection rate was 90%.The effect of collagen solution concentration, operation pressure, feed temperature and washing times on desalination process were investigated. Results showed that with the decreasing of solution concentration, increasing of pressure, feed temperature ( ≤ 30℃) and washing times, higher desalination rate could be gotten. When the collagen mass concentration was 1.2%, feed temperature 30℃, pressure 0.3MPa and washing times 7, chloridion removal rate was74.4%.
