Abstract:
Ten kinds of elements, including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc and selenium, in the bones and muscles of Andrias davidianus of GUI ZHOU were determined with routine methods to explore its nutritional characteristics. The results showed that:In the bones, the contents of ten kinds of elements were phosphorus>magnesium>calcium>potassium>sodium>zinc>iron>manganese>copper >selenium, and the highest content was phosphorus, the lowest was selenium, the phosphorus and selenium contents were 2976.13mg/100 g and 0.05mg/100 g, respectively. The ratio of calcium and phosphorus was 1∶6.98. Calcium, phosphorus and copper had significant difference among the muscle of back, limbs and tail (p<0.05) , and the phosphorus content in three parts were highest, and the content of phosphorus were433. 08 mg / 100 g, 482. 72 mg / 100 g and 380. 20 mg / 100 g, respectively. The total content of major elements (742.08mg/100g) in the muscle of back was highest, while the total content (7.95mg/100g) of trace elements in the muscle of tail was highest. The research showed that:compared with other foods, F2 generation of Andrias davidianus in Guizhou was a kind of high phosphorus and low calcium food. Therefore, we should choose appropriate water to feed Andrias davidianus, and pay attention to feed lower phosphorus bait and combine bait rationally.
