Abstract:
Clenbuterol hydrochloride ( CLB) , as a kind of β2-agonist, has repartitioning ability to promote the growth of animals and to increase muscling in animal products. The physics and chemistry of CLB is stable and its residues in food are definitely harmful to health.Due to the merits of molecular imprinted polymers, such as high affinity and selectivity, good chemical stability, preparing sample, wide range of application and so on, molecular imprinted technique ( MIT) is widely used in food safety detection. So this article reviewed the generation, development, basic theory and implication of MIT in detecting CLB, and the application prospect of MIT were also introduced.
