过敏组学的研究概况及其在食物过敏中的应用

Outlines of study on allergenomics and its application on food allergy

  • 摘要: 近年来,食物过敏现象日益普遍,引起过敏的蛋白日益受到关注,过敏组学应运而生。本文就过敏组学的概念、过敏组学的研究方法以及过敏组学在食物过敏中的应用做了介绍。 

     

    Abstract: Recently, the number of allergic patients is increasing, and the proteins responsible for allergic reactions have attracted much attention. Therefore, allergenomics was proposed. In this paper, the conception, the research technique and the application of allergenomics on food allergy were briefly reviewed.
