火龙果采后生理和保鲜技术的研究进展

Progress in postharvest physiology and preservative technology of pitaya

  • 摘要: 本文在系统总结火龙果的贮藏特性及采后呼吸作用、内源性抗氧化活性、细胞膜透性和膜脂过氧化作用等生理变化的基础上,介绍了目前国内外火龙果的几种保鲜技术(包括低温贮藏、涂膜保鲜、化学保鲜剂保鲜、辐照、热处理和酶法保鲜等)的研究进展及存在问题;并探讨了采后处理工艺流程及质量保证和控制体系的建立;最后展望了火龙果研究及贮运技术未来发展的方向。 

     

    Abstract: In the paper, storage characteristics and respiration rate, the change of endogenous antioxidant activity, membrane permeability membrane lipid peroxidation and other physiological changes of postharvest in pitaya was systematical summarized.In addition, current demostic and international several preservative technologies in pitaya ( include low temperature storage, coating preservation, chemical preservation, irradiation preservation, heat treatment etc.) research progress and problem was introduced.At finally, the future development about the basic research and and preservative technologies was discussed.
