核桃乳(露)饮品中花生、大豆成分的PCR检测方法

  • 摘要: 根据花生特异性过敏原基因Arah 1以及大豆特异性过敏原基因Gly m Bd28 K,分别设计了针对花生、大豆成分检测的特异性扩增引物,建立了核桃乳(露)饮品中掺入花生、大豆成分的PCR快速检测方法。结果表明,设计的两对引物特异性良好,花生和大豆成分的最低检测限分别为1%和0.1%,可作为核桃乳(露)中掺入花生、大豆成分检测的有效方法,也可为其他与食品鉴伪相关的方法研究提供可靠参考依据。 

     

    Abstract: This study described a rapid PCR method for the detection of peanut and soybean materials in walnut milk.The primer pair Arah 1-F/R, Bd 28K-F/R were based on the peanut Arah 1 gene and soybean Gly m Bd28 K gene respectively. The results showed that the two designed primers had strong specificities, the detection limitation was 1% for peanut and 0.1% for soybean respectively.It was an effective method for detection of peanut and soybean materials in walnut milk, and provide reference for other food authenticity related study.
