Abstract:
In order to rapid discriminate the source of Gynostemma origin, Gynostemma from eight different areas were collected, the content of K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn were analyzed with flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and the data was analyzed with Chemometrics method.The results showed that Gynostemma from eight different areas were well clustering by principal component analysis and cluster analysis method.The Gynostemma from eight different areas were belong to each category.The total accuracy was 98.96% with discriminant analysis method.In conclusion, mineral element combined with chemometrics method was a fast and accurate method to identify the origin soure of Gynostemma.
