Abstract:
Rice and its products may be illegally added halogen-containing plasticizers, but detection methods rarely reported. In this paper, chlorinated paraffin and other 9 kinds of halogen-containing plasticizers were simultaneous detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . Optimum conditions were:using HP-5MS column, inlet temperature 280℃, carrier gas 1.2mL/min, chromatography-mass spectrometry interface temperature 270℃. Using temperature-programmed:starting column temperature 35℃, keeping 1min, at 10℃/min heating to 220℃, then 20℃/min heating to 300℃, keeping 5min. Under these conditions, the retention time was no more than 0.007, the standard deviation of peak area was no more than 0.061, detection limited of the of the9 kinds of halogen-containing plasticizers varied between 0.01μg/L
15mg/L. This method was well separated.
