Abstract:
A pot experiment was conducted to explore the effect of alginate-derived oligosaccharide ( ADO) on the rape dry matter, the heavy metals in the abovegrourd parts and root of rape, and the concentrations and forms of Cd and Pb in the soil with the individual pollution. The results showed that the yield of rape was increased by 15.97% at most when compared with the control in the individual pollution of Cd.Cd in the abovegrourd parts and root and Pb in the root were decreased with the increasing of ADO, and they were decreased by 7.45%, 27.52%, 12.96%, respectively at 1.0% of ADO. Cd in the rhizosphere soil was more than that in the non-rhizosphere soil, which was counter to Pb in soil. Moreover, the soluble and exchangeble Cd reduced while Cd in the residual state raised, which was opposite to the change of Pb in those states. The study provided the foundation for the application of ADO in the agriculture and contaminated soil remendation.
