Abstract: The health functions, action mechanisms and separation techniques of bioactive unsaturated fatty acids in the plant health care oil were summarized, and its application in medicine, cosmetics and food industry was introduced in the paper.The development prospect and market demand of the plant health care oil were forecasted in order to provide reference for further research and exploration.
