罗汉果籽油提取的工艺优化

Optimization of extraction technology of siraitia seed oil

  • 摘要: 研究了以乙醇为溶剂提取罗汉果籽油的技术。通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了料液比、提取时间和提取温度对罗汉果籽油得率的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1∶10g/mL,提取时间为120min,提取温度为70℃。在此条件下,罗汉果籽油的平均得率为11.11%。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction technology of siraitia seed using ethanol as solvent was investigated. Effects of parameters, such as material/liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction efficiency of siraitia seed oil were discussed by single and orthogonal experiments, and the optimal conditions were established. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows : material / liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10g / mL, extraction time 120min and extraction temperature 70℃. The average extraction yield of siraitia seed oil was 11.11% under the optimal conditions.
