葛根玉芪胶囊配方药材组分的提取工艺研究

Research of extraction procedure for Pueraria-Yuqi capsule ingredients

  • 摘要: 研究筛选葛根玉芪胶囊的优选提取工艺。采用正交实验设计法,以葛根素、粗多糖含量为考察指标,对影响制备葛根玉芪胶囊中提取工艺的各因素进行研究。葛根玉芪胶囊的优选提取工艺为:对葛根、桑白皮、胡芦巴、丹参,加10倍量60%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次提取2h;对枸杞子、黄芪、玉竹,加10倍量水溶剂,回流提取3次,每次提取1.5h。按优选工艺进行放大实验验证,验证实验结果是葛根素含量均值为13.89mg/g,粗多糖含量均值为4.23mg/g,验证实验基本稳定,具有一定参考价值。 

     

    Abstract: To explore and optimize the extraction procedure for Pueraria-Yuqi capsule ingredients.Orthogonal experimental design method was used, and factors of the extraction procedure for Pueraria-Yuqi capsule ingredients were optimized to achieve the highest yield of puerarin and crude polysaccharide.The optimized procedure was:Pueraria, Morus alba, fenugreek and salvia were reflux-extracted with tenfold volume of 60% ethanol for 3 times, 2h, respectively.Wolfberry, Astragalus and Polygonatum were reflux-extracted with tenfold volume of water for 3 times, 1.5h each.The optimized procedure was then verified again after amplification, the average puerarin and crude polysaccharide yield was 13.89mg/g and 4.23mg/g respectively during verification, these results were stable and had reference value.
