Abstract:
In order to afford scientific basis for establishing the limitation standard and suitable application of the heavy metals, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead in two different commercial Fritillary Bulbs, Fritillaria taipaiensis and FritiLlaria unibracteata, were detected by wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrum in this paper. The results showed that the two kinds of commercial Fritillary Bulbs contained a certain amount of harmful microelement. The residual quantity of arsenic, mercury and cadmium in Fritillaria taipaiensis was 0.0109
0.0573, 0.0079
0.0291 and 0.0096
0.2615mg/kg, respectively, and that in FritiLlaria unibracteata was 0.0554
0.1091, 0.0144
0.0168 and 0.0176
0.1608mg/kg, respectively. However, the residual quantity of lead was not detected in both of cultivars.Different cultivars or the same cultivar with different commercial names showed different content. And all of them did not exceed the limitation of the country and industrial standards for heavy metal.
