  • 摘要: 本文综述了分蘖洋葱的分布情况、化学成分、营养保健功能和药用价值等方面的研究进展,着重阐述了其在医药保健方面的研究概况,以期为分蘖洋葱在食用和医疗方面的研究和综合开发应用提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: The paper summarized the research advances of tillered- onion related to distribution, chemical composition, function of nutrition and health and medicinal value with emphasis on health care effects so as to provide the basis for its food and medical research and comprehensive development.
