不同品种加工番茄常温贮藏期间呼吸强度及硬度变化规律研究

Study on change of respiratory intensity and hardness of different varieties of tomatoes during postharvest

  • 摘要: 以石河子地区番茄主栽品种为试材,研究果实硬度与呼吸强度的关系,以期为番茄贮运减损提供科学依据。结果表明:番茄贮藏过程中按呼吸跃变出现时间有早、中、晚三种类型;番茄果实硬度随时间呈逐渐下降的趋势;果实跃变出现的越晚,峰值越小,果实的硬度越大,果实越耐贮。根据呼吸强度及硬度的变化规律得出结论:石番28号最耐贮藏,最不耐贮藏的是石番36号。 

     

    Abstract: In order to provide scientific basis for reducing tomatoes losses of storage and transportation. The 10main variety culivar tomatoes of Shihezi were investigated. The relationship of respiration intensity and fruit hardness were studied. The result indicated that there were three types of breathing jump according to its appear time during storage, they were early type, middle type and late type. The fruit hardness of different variety tomato had a trend of gradual decline. The later appear of respiration climacteric, the smaller of the peak, the larger of the fruit hardness, the fruit were resistant to storage. According to the change rule of respiration intensity and fruit hardness, results showed that the Shifan 28 was the most resistant to storage, the least resistance to storage was Shifan 36.
