大部制改革背景下我国食品安全监管体制探讨

  • 摘要: 2013年3月22日国家食品药品监督管理总局正式成立,我国新的食品安全监管模式正式形成。其较以前的食品安全监管模式有了根本性的变化,它整合了监管资源,将食品的生产、流通、消费环节进行统一监督管理,但新的监管模式仍有许多问题值得探讨与研究。借鉴发达国家的食品安全监管体制的经验,可以为变革期我国食品安全监管体制提供借鉴。 

     

    Abstract: In March 22, 2013 China Food and Drag Administration was established, the new food safety supervision pattern was formed.It is a fundamental change compared to the previous model of food safety supervision.It integrated the supervision resources.It unified supervision about food production, circulation, consumption.But the new supervision mode still exist many problems worthy of discussion and research.This paper proposed the integration period of food safety supervision in China on the basis of food safety supervision system in developed countries.
