超临界CO2流体萃取技术在蜂胶提取中的应用
Application of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology in extractive technique of propolis

摘要: 蜂胶提取技术是影响蜂胶产品成分及生物学活性的重要加工工艺。超临界CO2流体萃取作为一种新兴提取技术,已在蜂胶提取中得到了初步应用并表现出一定优势。本文介绍了超临界CO2流体萃取技术的基本原理及主要影响因素,着重综述了超临界CO2流体萃取技术在蜂胶黄酮类化合物和挥发油提取中的应用,并评价了该技术用于蜂胶萃取的适用性和存在的问题。尽管在设置恰当的工艺参数辅以合适的助溶剂的条件下,超临界CO2流体萃取技术可以有效萃取蜂胶中的黄酮类物质和挥发油,但目前该技术用于蜂胶提纯的争议仍颇多。因此,有关超临界提取蜂胶的相关工艺参数、萃取物成分分析及生物学活性的研究亟待加强。Abstract: The extractive technique of propolis is the most important processes of propolis and has great impacts on the constitutions and biological activities of propolis products.Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology is one of the latest extracting methods which has been widely used in the food industry.The present paper reviewed the basic principles and the major influencing factors in supercritical CO2 fluid extraction method.The application of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction in extracting flavonoids and essential oil of propolis was reviewed, the merits and demerits of this method were also presented.Although there were many benefits for using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction to extract the flavonoids and the essential oils in raw propolis combing with proper technological parameters and appropriate cosolvents, the suitability of using supercritical CO2 fluid extraction in propolis is still controversial.Therefore, more researches might focus on the technological parameters, the component analysis and the studies on the biological activities of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction in propolis were necessary.
