Abstract:
Objective:This dissertation aims to study the effect of schisandra wine on the sleep of mice.Methods:Three groups of 120 mice, the distill water group (0.2mL/20g) , alcohol group (0.2mL/20g) and the schisandra wine experiment group (0.2mL/20g) were involved in the study.After the test substances were orally given to mice for 10d, study effects of schisandra wine on induced-sleep directly of mice, and effects on duration of sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium, effects on the number of sleep induced by pentobarbital sodium under the threshold sleep dosage, and effects on the sleep latency induced by barbital sodium.Results:The result showed that the sleep time of mice was prolonged obviously, the sleeping rate of mice was increased obviously, the sleep latency was shorten obviously and there was no indirect sleep-inducing effect, and no significant effect on body weight of mice.Conclusion:Schisandra wine could improve the sleep of mice as the health food.
