新型功能性食品富硒发芽糙米的研究

Study on the newly functional foods of Se-enriched germinating brown rice

  • 摘要: 主要介绍了发芽糙米、富硒发芽糙米的功能特性,硒的生物学功能及硒的生物转化进展,分析了富硒发芽糙米的特点及研究现状,同时指出开发富硒发芽糙米存在的问题,并对富硒发芽糙米的应用前景进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: The functional properties of germinating brown rice and Se-enriched germinating brown rice were introduced in this paper.Biological function of selenium (Se) , progress of Se biotransformation, characteristic and a review of Se-enriched germinating brown rice were also summarized .Meanwhile, some problems of Se-enriched germinating brown rice development were introduced, and its application outlook was illustrated as well .
