人工栽培北虫草中虫草素的分离提取研究

Research of separation and extraction of cordycepin in artificially cultivated cordyceps militaris

  • 摘要: 以辽西地区人工栽培北虫草为原料,利用超声波辅助与酶法提取虫草素。选取提取液、温度和料液比三个因素进行单因素实验。采用L9(34)正交实验设计对虫草素提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,三个因素对虫草素提取率的影响均达极显著水平;虫草素提取最优工艺为:酶添加量1.5%,超声波功率500W,处理时间15min;50%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶15,温度70℃,恒温水浴3h,虫草素得率达到1.54%。对北虫草高产栽培技术推广及虫草资源的深加工与综合利用具有积极的意义。 

     

    Abstract: The cordyceps militaris artificially cultivated in western Liaoning was used as material to extract cordycepin through ultrasonic wave and enzymatic method.Three factors such as extracting solution, temperature and material-liquid ratio were selected to carry out the single factor experiment.The L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize extraction technology of cordycepin.The results showed that effects of three factors on cordycepin extraction rate reached extremely significant level.The optimum parameters of cordycepin extraction were enzyme addition 1.5% , ultrasonic power 500W for 15min, and 50% ethanol solution, materialliquid ratio 1∶15 and temperature 70℃ for 3h. Under these parameters, the extraction rate of cordycepin reached to 1.54% . It had positive significance to high yield cultivation technology of cordyceps militaris and deep - processing and comprehensive utilization of cordyceps resources.
