Abstract:
In order to set up the technology for adsorbing and separating polyphenols from Lilium Brownii with macroporous adsorption resin, 8 types of resin were investigated. The results showed that NKA-2 resin was the best resin for adsorbing and separating polyphenols in the following technological conditions:the concentration of sample of extract, 1. 25mg/mL;pH3. 0;the flow rate of fluid, 4BV/h;the eluting regent, 50% ethanol, 5 folds the volume of the resin;elution rate, 4BV/h, desorbing rate was 83. 46%, the content of polyphenols in product was 6. 68%.
