Abstract:
This article details the strain N53 that could use cellulose of distillers’s grains, which had been acid treatment, was been selected. The CMC-Na enzyme activity was 7.502U/mL and the FPA enzyme activity was 0.126U/mL after fermentation for 72h using distillers’ grains and bran as raw material in 30℃. This strain was identified as Penicillium expansum through the analyses of morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics, 18s rDNA sequence and the established phylogenetic tree.
