茶皂素的提取及应用研究新进展

  • 摘要: 油茶皂素是一种纯天然非离子型表面活性剂,具有乳化、分散等表面活性以及抑菌、抗炎等多种生物活性,广泛应用于日用化工、农药、医药、食品等领域。通过对近年来茶皂素的结构、提取与应用研究进行综述,以期为油茶籽的综合利用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Tea saponin is a pure non-ionic surfactants that has many surfactivities, such as emulsification, decentralization etc.And also, it has various biological activities, such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and so.It is widely used in daily chemical industry, pesticide, medicine, food and other fields.Advances in studies on the structure, extraction and application of tea saponin were reviewed and provided the reference for the comprehensive utilization of Camellia oleifera seed.
