水生生物来源透明质酸的生化特性及其制备的研究进展

Review of preparation and basic characteristics of hyaluronic acid derived from aquatic organism

  • 摘要: 透明质酸因其独特的生理生化特性在食品、医药及化妆品等领域得到广泛应用,本文论述了来源于水生生物透明质酸的基本特性以及提取纯化方法,为其部分取代陆生生物透明质酸及其在食品、医药工业中的利用提供了理论基础,并对水产透明质酸进一步的应用进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Hyaluronic acid is a biodegradable, biocompatible, conserved, non-immunogenic and non-inflammatory linear polysaccharide, which has been widely used not only in food, medicine, but also in cosmetics.This paper discussed the basic characteristics of the hyaluronic acid which was extracted from aquatic organisms as well as the extraction and purification methods, so that it can provide a theoretical basis for its utilization in the food and pharmaceutical industry, and aquatic hyaluronic acid further application was prospected.
