芒果压差预冷数学模型的建立

摘要: 为了研究芒果预冷过程中的温度变化规律,建立了芒果中心温度在不同工况下的数学方程。通过对实验数据进行非线性回归分析,确定了冷风速度和模型系数之间的关系,得到了芒果温度随风速和时间变化的规律。所有方程的相关系数都在0.98以上,说明其可以很好的描述芒果预冷过程。Abstract: The central temperature of mangoes under different conditions was analyzed using multiple nonlinear regressions.The relationship between air velocity and cooling coefficient was calculated and then a semi-empirical mathematical model for precooling was developed.The model could be used in predicting the rule of mango precooling, suggested by 0.98 of square correlation coefficient.
