磁性诱导对薄荷脑结晶速率和纯度的影响

Effect of electromagnetic field on the menthol crystallization velocity and purity

  • 摘要: 选用93.50%薄荷脑作为研究对象,分别在醋酸-水、乙醇-水和乙腈中对其进行磁性诱导结晶,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪内标法对晶体进行纯度测定。结果表明:在0.5T场强下,薄荷脑结晶速率显著加快,晶体纯度有所提高;在乙腈中进行磁性诱导结晶,可以得到99.10%的薄荷脑纯品。 

     

    Abstract: Menthol extract (93.5%) was selected as the research object, and the purity of menthol crystals that formed in three kinds of solvents (acetic acid-water, ethanol-water and acetonitrile) in the electromagnetic field was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The results showed that crystallization velocity of menthol crystals was significantly improved and the purity is increased in the electromagnetic field with intensity of 0.5T.The purity of menthol crystals is up to 99.1% in the solvent of acetonitrile in the electromagnetic field.
