  • 摘要: 食品安全指数,是反映食品安全基本情况的数字信息,可以为国家食品安全的决策与治理提供科学的依据,也可以为公众提供食品消费的指引。全国统一的食品安全指数,还没有形成。实践上,已经有地方政府推出了食品安全指数,取得了一定的经验。理论上的有关研究十分缺乏,对于食品安全指数建设的基本问题,还需要加强研究,以促进我国食品安全指数的建立。 

     

    Abstract: Food safety index is the digital information which can reflect the basic situation of food safety. It can provide a scientific basis for decision-making and governance of the national food safety and can also provide guidelines for public consumption. Unified national food safety index has not been formed yet. In practice, some local governments have launched the food safety index which has achieved a certain degree of experience. Recently, the theoretical research is so scarce that the basic problem of food safety index construction still needs to be strengthen in order to promote the establishment of China’s food safety index.
