牛奶中酵母β-葡聚糖的应用与测定

Application and detection of yeast β-glucan in milk

  • 摘要: 在牛奶中添加了酵母β-葡聚糖,采用HPLC测定牛奶中酵母β-葡聚糖的含量,并对实验中水解用盐酸的质量摩尔浓度进行确定,最后考察了测定方法的精密度与回收率。实验结果显示,水解用盐酸质量摩尔浓度选用1.0mol/L较为适宜;精密度实验结果RSD值为4.64%;平均回收率在96.39%~97.22%之间,RSD值在2.51%~5.38%之间;该检测方法稳定可行。 

     

    Abstract: Yeast β-glucan was added in the milk, and the content of yeast β-glucan was measured by HPLC, the concentration of hydrochloric acid for hydrolysis then was determined, at last the precision and recovery of the test was investigated.The results showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid for hydrolysis was much more appropriate in 1.0mol/L.The RSD value of precision test was 4.64%.The average recovery value was between 96.39% ~97.22% and the RSD value was between 2.51% ~5.38%, which showed the detection method was feasible.
