小克银汉霉高产γ亚麻酸培养基条件优化

  • 摘要: 对小克银汉霉高产γ亚麻酸的培养基条件进行了优化,研究了碳、氮源及其添加量、磷酸盐、无机盐离子对γ亚麻酸产量的影响,通过正交实验确定最佳培养基为:葡萄糖100g/L,尿素3g/L,NaNO33g/L,Mg2+0.1g/L,Fe2+0.04g/L,Ca2+0.04g/L,K2HPO41.5g/L。优化后γ亚麻酸产量达到3.34g/L,是初始培养基γ亚麻酸产量的4.5倍。 

     

    Abstract: Fermentation conditions of γ linolenic acid by Cunninghamella elegans were optimized.It was researched the effect of carbon sources, nitrogen sources, the concentration of glucose and nitrogen sources, phosphate and inorganic salt ions on production of GLA.The optimal medium were as follows:glucose100g/L, urea 3g/L, sodium nitrate 3g/L, magnesium ions 0.1g/L, ferrous ion 0.04g/L, calcium ion 0.04g/L, dipotassium phosphate 1.5g/L.γ linolenic acid output was reached 3.34g/L after optimization, which was the initial medium γ linolenic acid yield of 4.5 times.
