沙田柚中不同部位黄酮类物质的分布及含量探讨

Study on the distribution and content of flavonoids in various parts of Shatian grapefruit

  • 摘要: 初步分析沙田柚中不同部位黄酮类物质的分布以及含量,比较柚皮油胞层、白囊衣层、内囊衣层、果肉和果核中黄酮类物质的含量以及种类差异。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮类物质的含量,采用HPLC-ELSD分析测定柚子中三种主要黄酮类物质柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量。结果:柚子的各个有效部位中,内囊衣中黄酮类物质的浓度最高,果核中浓度最低。其中,柚皮油胞层中的黄酮类物质存在于水相。柚子中黄酮类物质以柚皮苷为主。 

     

    Abstract: A preliminary study of the distribution and content of flavonoids in different parts of grapefruit including peel layer, white layer, internal layer, pulp and seed was investigated.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of total flavonoids, HPLC-ELSD was used to determine the three main flavonoids such as naringin, hesperidin and neohesperindin.It was explored that among different parts of Shantian grapefruit the content of flavonoids in the internal layer was the highest, following the white layer.Compared, the content of flavonoids in the seed was the lowest.It was demonstrated that the flavonoids of the peel layer exists in the water phase.
