Abstract:
To explore the anti-fatigue effect of functional rice wine in mice. Two hundred and forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 48 mice in each group. The blank control group was treated with normal saline (50mL/kg bw) , the experiment control group was treated with the sold common rice wine (50mL/kg bw) , the high-, medium-and low-dose functional rice wine were treated with 100, 50 and 25mL/kg bw of functional rice wine daily respectively by gastric Infusion. At the end of the 30-day treatment, body weight, loaded swimming time, serum BUN, hepatic glycogen and serum LAC levels were determined. The outcomes were compared among groups. High and medium dosage of functional rice wine could significantly prolong the loaded swimming time, increase hepatic glycogen (p<0. 01) , whereas decrease the level of BUN and LAC (p<0. 01 or p<0. 05) . Functional rice wine showed an anti-fatigue effect in mice.
