Abstract:
Objective:To get the alkaloids’ optimization of process of Dicranostigma leptopodum, detach and identify the extracts and dry storage. Methods:First the methods of extracting were choosen, then impact factors were selected by the L9 (34) orthogonal experiment, which was combined with high performance liquid chromatography, and the vacuum freeze-drying technology was used to store. Results:The optimal extraction means was ultrasonic wave extraction, and L9 (34) orthogonal best extraction conditions was liquid ratio 30∶1, pH7, 75% ethanol volume fraction and temperature 80℃. The average yield was 4.215%. The average recovery and RSD were 99.57% and 0.68%, with good stability. The content of protopine and Isocorydine were higher than other alkaloids. Conclusion:The technology of ultrasonic wave extraction, vacuum freeze-drying and HPLC were applied to extract, dry and separating inspection. The result was suitable for its extraction and identification.
