Optimization of extraction process of polyphenols from Choerospondias axillaris peel by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面分析法对南酸枣皮中多酚类物质的加热回流提取工艺进行了优化。考察了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度和料液比4个因素对南酸枣皮中多酚类物质提取得率的影响,建立了4个因素与总多酚得率(Y)之间的编码水平回归模型。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度59℃、提取时间52min、乙醇体积分数52%、液料比30:1(mL:g),南酸枣皮中总多酚含量可达51.916mg/g,与理论值52.968mg/g基本吻合。响应面法所得的优化提取条件工艺参数可靠,可行性强,可为南酸枣皮中多酚产品的开发利用提供科学依据。 

     

    Abstract: Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction of polyphenols from Choerospondias axillaris peel residue based on one-factor-at-a-time experiments.The influences of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-to-liquid ratio on the extraction of polyphenols were studied.A regression model for total polyphenols yield as a function of four factors was built.Results indicated that extraction at 59℃ for 52min with a 30-fold volume of 52% ethanol aqueous solution yielded the most total polyphenols, reaching 51.916mg/g, which was basically in accordance with the model-predicted value.In conclusion, the optimized extraction process is reliable and can be used for the development of products based on Choerospondias axillaris peel polyphenols.
