西维因毛细管电泳免疫分析方法的建立及其与固相酶联免疫分析方法(ELISA)的比较

  • 摘要: 以氨基甲酸酯农药西维因为研究对象,采用小分子荧光素标记西维因半抗原,建立毛细管电泳荧光免疫分析方法。该方法对抗原抗体结合反应达到平衡的时间为30min,5min即可获得检测结果,对西维因检测的线性范围和最低检测限分别为0.16~50ng/mL和0.05ng/mL,具有快速、灵敏的特点,与固相酶联免疫分析方法相比更适合于食品或环境中痕量西维因残留的分析检测。 

     

    Abstract: A competitive immunoassay was developed using capillary electrophoresis (CEIA) for the determination of carbaryl.The hapten of carbaryl was labeled with fluorescence as tracer.Using CEIA, equilibrium was reached in 30min and the analytical results were obtained within 5min.The linear range and the detection limit for carbaryl were 0.16~50ng/mL and 0.05ng/mL, respectively.As compared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , the method was proposed as a rapid and more sensitive assay for the trace detection of carbaryl.
